In this blog, we will explain the steps to generate the situation report of the occupation of the warehouse using the FRESA application.
Step 1: Connect to the FRESA application. Access the warehouse module, then open the “Reports – WMS” menu located in the module.
Step 2: After opening the menu, we can find the state of life statement.
Step 3: Here you can display the occupancy report according to the selected filters. Once you have selected the warehouse and the storage type, click on the “Submit” button to generate the report.
Step 4: Now we can see the details of the warehouse occupation in the report.
Step 5: We can also download the report as a CSV file using these options. In this section, you will find a “Download” button, which allows you to export the report to CSV format
Note: This report helps us to understand and optimize the use of the warehouse space according to the system entries.
