IGM – Be imported (Maman / Maa)

Mandatory details:

  1. HBL no and date
  2. Port details
  3. Mode of transport
  4. Voyage no
  5. Cargo type
  6. Nature of the cargo
  7. Freight movement
  8. Article type
  9. Leap no
  10. CFS code
  11. Details of the recipient and the address (for example: name, city, country)
  12. CFS and details of the address (for example: name, city, country, supplier code)
  13. Container details: raw weight, number of packages, HS description

Description:

  1. We must first create shipping from the customer service module. Then add the shipping details using the steps below.
  2. After adding the details of the shipment, we must convert the shipment to home work, using the generate work button.
  3. Then add the details related to the employment.
  4. Once we enter all the EDI details, we can generate the IGM EDI from the work page.
  5. After generating the EDI, we can download it.

Step 1: Brands and number number and HBL, and date

On the shipping page under the Info tab —-> Using the editing icon, please enter HBL no, HBL date and brands and number and click the Save button.

Step 2: recipient and CFS

In Expedition —-> Under the Organization tab, use the select option to add the party and the CFS part. The fields of the city, the address and the country are compulsory to them.

For the details of the recipient:

For CFS details:

In the CFS Party page using the reference option on the right side, we can add the link number and save.

In addition, in the CFS page of the respective part, using the editing option, we can add the CFS code in the supplier code column.

Once added the link number and the CFS code, we can add the CFS part to the shipping page.

Step 3: Container details

In the shipping page under the Real Contactir tab —> Click the Add button and enter the details of the containers, the package details and the HS description.

Step 4: Generation of jobs

Then generate the work of the house from the shipping page itself. After that, we can get the work number.

Step 5: Personalized tab

Once the work is generated, only the personalized tab will appear on the shipping page.

In the shipping page, the IGM number/date, the movement of cargoes, the nature of the cargo, the mode of transport and the type of article are compulsory. After entering all the data, click the Save the changes button.

Step 6: Access the employment page

Click on the Modification button on the work page, enter the travel number and click the Save Modifications button.

In the shipping page, the IGM number/date, the movement of cargoes, the nature of the cargo, the mode of transport and the type of article are compulsory. After entering all the data, click the Save the changes button.

After adding these details, you can generate the IGM from the work page using the EDI generate button and download the file.
