In this blog, we will see how to view monthly attachment usage and attachment size details in Fresa app.
Step 1: Please access the management module.
Step 2: Under Management Module, click on the User Performance option.
Step 3: In the User Performance Report, please click the Monthly Attachment Usage button.
Step 4: Here we will find the details such as annual usage and monthly data usage details used.
Step 5: Here we can view the attachment usage size of each user.
Step 6: We can click on Download option to download the usage details in an Excel file.
Step 7: Also go to Master Files and select the Attachment Search menu.
Step 8: On the Attachments List page, enter the required details and click Submit.
Step 9: Now all the attachment details will be displayed on the screen. Here we can see the attachment size details.
