Description:
1. We must first create the shipment from the customer service module. Then add the shipping details using the steps below.
2. After adding the details of the shipment, we must convert the shipment to home work, using the generate work button.
3. Then add the details related to work.
4. Once we enter all the EDI details, we can generate the CSN EDI from the shipping page.
5. After generating the EDI, we can download it.
Step 1: Brands and HBL number and number, travel number, MBL number and date.
In the shipping page under the Info tab —-> Using the editing icon, please enter the notes and not and click the Save button.
Step 2: Sender, recipient and warn the party.
In shipping —-> In the organization tab, use the select option to add the sender, the recipient and notify the game. The fields of the city, the address and the country are compulsory to them.
Step 3: We must also add the CFS here.
Step 4: After adding the CFS, simply add the CFS code and the link number under the CFS organization, because follow the steps below.
Step 5: Click on the CFS name, which will sail you directly to the CFS Organization page.
Step 6: Under the supplier column, add your CFS code.
Step 7: On the right side, you will find an option called “reference”. Under “reference”, add the link number.
Step 8: Container details:
In the shipping page under the real container tab —> Click the Add button and enter the details of the containers, the details of the packages and the HS description.
Step 9: Generation of jobs
Then generate the work of the house from the shipping page itself. After that, we can get the work number.
Step 10: Personalized tab:
Once the work is generated, only the personalized tab will appear on the shipping page
Step 11: In the shipping page, the IMO NO ship, the movement of cargoes, the nature of the cargo, the mode of transport and the release location are compulsory. After entering all the data, click the Save the changes button.
Step 12: Access the employment page
Step 13: Click on the Modification button on the work page, enter the travel number and click the Save Modifications button.
Step 14: On the work page under the personalized tab using this EDI button Enter the details such as the IMO NO ship, the nature of the cargo, the type of article, the movement of the cargo and the mode of transport.
After adding all the details we can generate Edi.
